Product claims sound too good to be true? Titan Power backs their US Arkansas based products with a 1-year warranty as long as the battery pack has not been modified.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
